Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Agreement”) carefully before joining. By applying to and participating in our Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Overview
Our Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commission by promoting our PLR (Private Label Rights) products and courses. These Terms outline your rights, responsibilities, and the conditions under which commissions are earned and paid.
Please note that personal use products are excluded from the affiliate program and do not qualify for commissions.
2. Program Enrollment
To join the program, you must complete the online application form.
All applications are manually reviewed to ensure quality and brand alignment. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
3. Commissions and Payments
- Commission Rate: 40% on qualifying sales of eligible PLR products and courses.
- Cookie Duration: 30 days — sales made within 30 days of the customer clicking your affiliate link will be credited to you.
- Payout Schedule: Payments are issued 7 days after a completed purchase, once any refund period has passed.
- Payment Method: As displayed or configured in your WooCommerce affiliate account.
We reserve the right to withhold or cancel commissions for fraud, refund requests, or violation of these Terms.
4. Promotional Guidelines
You may promote our products using approved banners, links, or promotional materials provided through your affiliate dashboard. However, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Misleading, false, or exaggerated claims about our products.
- Using spam emails, unsolicited messages, or deceptive marketing.
- Bidding on our brand names, trademarks, or product names in paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads).
- Impersonating our business or representing yourself as an employee.
Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
5. Affiliate Dashboard
Once approved, you’ll gain access to your WooCommerce affiliate dashboard where you can:
- Access your unique affiliate links
- Track clicks, conversions, and earnings
- View payout history and performance stats
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. If terminated, affiliates will only receive commissions for valid referrals made prior to the termination date.
7. Modifications
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue) arising from participation in this program.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
